This inclusive and accessible online class is for all levels, from beginners to those more experienced students. Variations will be offered so that you can feel empowered to choose what your body needs in each pose, each week.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each week we begin class with a short grounding and breathwork practice to help us arrive onto the mat and into our bodies. After a gentle warm-up, we move through a series of Hatha-style yoga postures designed to develop strength and flexibility. The class ends with a cool-down and guided relaxation.

I highly encourage the use of yoga props (household objects work great) in order to find a variation of each pose that suits you.

All classes are recorded and available for replay for one week after.
